Kununu.de is the largest and best-known employer rating platform in the German-speaking world.
The seal awarded by kununu.de is awarded directly and exclusively on the basis of employee reviews submitted on kununu. Founded 14 years ago, the online portal now has around 5.1 million ratings for over one million companies.

What is special about this award, which we have now received for the fourth time in a row: It is not based on studies, surveys or employee or jury evaluations but on the access and reading behaviour of users to job advertisements of companies on Yourfirm.de. A “popularity index” is determined from this user behaviour based on users manifesting their interest in companies as potential employers.
